The Opportunity

While others focus on administrative "account management," this role is about partnership. You won't just be forwarding emails; you’ll be the commercial brain for your clients. You’ll work side-by-side with specialists in SEO, Paid Media, AI and Data to deliver work that actually moves the needle.

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience who wants to transition from "doing the work" to "shaping the strategy".

What You‘ll Own

● Commercial Growth: You spot the opportunities others miss. You help clients grow, which helps the agency grow. You monitor client satisfaction and performance, using tools like RAG and NPS scoring to ensure transparency and success.

● Strategic Direction: You’re the architect of the client's roadmap. You translate their business goals into digital reality.

● Client Advocacy: You’re the voice of the client within the agency, ensuring our delivery teams are aligned with the big picture.

● Mentorship: You’ll play a vital role in mentoring junior team members, helping shape our internal culture and delivery standards.

What You Bring to the Table

● Experience: 5+ years in a digital agency or marketing environment. You know how the machinery works.

● Consultative Mindset: You’re comfortable pushing back when necessary to ensure the best outcome. You offer solutions, not just "yes" answers.

● Commercial Fluency: You understand scoping, profitability, and how to write a proposal that converts.

● Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, remote position for anyone based in South Africa. Since this is a client-facing role, the working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM UK time.
